Glass and Gas CompanyGlass and Gas Company was established as a joint-stock company on 12 April 1960 and was registered with the Tehran Registration and Industrial Property Office under Letter No. 7296 dated 12 May 1960. The Company was subsequently converted into a private joint-stock company on 22 October 1971, and later into a public joint-stock company on 5 September 1977. On 21 August 1990, it was admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange under National ID No. 10100889278. The Company is currently a subsidiary of Sina Food Industries Development Holding Company, with the Foundation of the Oppressed of the Islamic Revolution as its ultimate controlling entity.
